		<description><![CDATA[Hi Ariella, Wow.  This was the first blog I received after signing up.  I loved it.  Thank you for sharing such a personally profound experience with us.  I didn&#039;t expect that, and I feel really encouraged by it.  Indeed, in working to improve, stretching our comfort zones to include greater and greater area is just as crucial as stretching our vocal ranges.  The farther out you can push those rough edges, the larger the comfortable zone inside!  :)  Thank you so much!]]></description>

I find them encouraging personally....someone who has always wanted to sing in public, but have to work through the effects of nervousness that affects my breathing. Finally at the age of 59, I started singing in public and it is getting a bit easier. Surprisingly, it isn&#039;t age that is the hurdle, but freeing up the anxiety that rules.]]></description>
